I am a graduate of Texas Tech University. This is my 21st year of teaching school, and my 16th at Post ISD. I have taught at all grade levels and really enjoy teaching middle school students.

I am married to Lance and have three daughters and a son-in-law. Kayla is a 2005 graduate of Post High School and is a junior biology major at LCU. She is married to Stephen Overstreet who will graduate from LCU in May 2008 with a degree in education. He hopes to begin a coaching career. Kari is in the eighth grade, and Katie is a 6th grader.
