Hello, my name is Kim Mills. I am married to Larry Mills and have three wonderful children, Macee Mills Balka, who currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Meagan Mills, a junior nursing major at Texas Tech University, and Mitchell Mills, a freshman baseball player at Lubbock Christian University, and one terrific son-in-law, Russ Balka. I am a 1976 graduate of Post High School and a 1981 graduate of Texas Tech University where I earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance. I received my teaching certificate in 1986. I taught two years at Southland High School and have been teaching at Post High School since 1988.

I currently teach classes in math models, algebra II, pre-calculus, and calculus at Post High School. I love teaching math and continue to try to get students to buy the fact that math is like a puzzle (fun and interesting)! In today's world, the more math a student is exposed to during high school, the better off they will be in their college mathematics classes. I have currently been corresponding with Texas Tech Universtiy on a grant proposal that would collaborate efforts between high schools and universities.
