A term not used lightly around the weight room at Post High School. The powerlifting teams at Post have dedicated themselves to becoming stronger , more dedicated and more explosive than any team in West Texas. With multiple regional and state qualifiers , Post powerlifting has gained quite a reputation for being competitive.

The girls regional meet venue has been changed to the Big Spring Coliseum from Abilene. The date is the same but the venue has changed.

Post powerlifters started their season off with a succesful trip to Snyder coliseum.The girls team finished 3rd overall behind Lamesa and Plainview and the boys team finished 6th out of 10 teams respectively.
